6 Yoga Posture for Growing the Height of Kids
1.tadasana
First, show your child how to stand effectively, with their feet together and their arms near to their body. Raise your hands and interlock your fingers. Then, carefully lift the body up from the toes as far as it will allow. Wait for a few seconds. Then gradually lower your hands. Regularly doing this will cause your baby’s spine to expand. It promotes growth in height.

2. Sukhasana
To raise the height of your kids, have them sit with their waists straight and perform this asana. Then, carefully raise both hands upward. Now, turn slowly right and left. Stretch the body on both sides. This asana, when practiced on a daily basis, will make the spine more flexible and taller. In addition, this asana will quickly raise your baby’s height.
3.Poornagasana.
To improve your child’s size, first ask them to lie down on a mat made for yoga, then gently elevate their head and upper body from the front with your hand. Remember that just the stomach should be on the top of the head. Hold this stance for several seconds. This asana helps to strengthen the spine. It also promotes your baby’s height gain.


4.hastapadasana
First, instruct your youngster to stand up upright to perform this asana. Then, unite both legs. Bend your child’s torso slightly forward and urge them to use their hands to feel their toes.Hold this pose for a few seconds before slowly returning to the original position. Daily practice of this asana strengthens and stretches the bones and muscles, resulting in a rapid growth in height.
5. Vrikshasana
First, have your youngster stand on an exercise mat to establish the stance. Then, bend a single leg at a time while placing the other on your thighs. Now, have your baby practice Namaskar Mudra by extending their hands over the top of their head. Give it time. Then, advise them to repeat the technique with the second leg. This yoga exercise improves equilibrium. It improves the body. So, if your children practice this asana on every day, they will begin to grow bigger faster.
6.Balasana / Kids Pose
Balasana is one of the most basic pose, requiring you to sit on the ground and bend your knees. While breathing, place your forehead on the ground and extend your arms entirely on the front side.
