On Wednesday, Trump authorized a 90-day delay in his broad tariffs on most countries, with the exception of China, which faces a 125% duty on Chinese exports. The 125 percent levy rises to 145 percent, up from 20 percent earlier this year, citing Beijing’s alleged involvement in the fentanyl supply chain.
