Japan’s : Space Company Postpones 2nd Orbit Attempt Owing to High WindsA company aiming to be Japan’s first private organization to launch a satellite into orbit has postponed its rocket launch due to a midair explosion on the first attempt.
Space One’s Kairos rocket was set to fly for the second time from the company’s launch pad in the remote western district of Wakayama at 11 a.m. (0200 GMT), however the flight was canceled about 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
“During the final phase of opting for the take off, we evaluated the weather condition and determined that the wind speeds above an altitude of 10 kilometres (6.2 miles) were sufficiently strong that it was not suitable for launch,” Kozo Abe, a representative of Space One, told reporters.
Abe stated that the corporation intends to make another effort on Sunday at 11 a.m.

“We will do everything in our power in getting ready for tomorrow’s launch,” he told reporters.

Private enterprises are providing cheaper and more frequent space exploration options than governments, and Space One aspires to be like Elon Musk’s SpaceX, which has contracts with NASA and the Pentagon.
But first, it needs to get off onto the ground
The solid-fuel Kairos, carrying a tiny government test satellite, launched for the first time in March from the Space One launch pad, known as Spaceport Kii.
However, seconds later, technical issues were found, and the 18-metre (60-foot) rocket received a self-destruct order.
It burst in flames, spewing white smoke throughout the lonely alpine terrain.
Hundreds of people gathered in public viewing areas, including a nearby waterfront, to witness the spectacular event.
On its second launch attempt, the rocket was scheduled to deliver five satellites, one from the Taiwan Space Agency and the rest designed by Japanese students and enterprises.
Space One was created in 2018 by significant corporations such as Canon Electronics, IHI Aerospace, Shimizu Construction, and the Japanese government’s Development Bank.

The newly founded company hopes to establish itself in an aggressive worldwide industry by promptly launching small rockets for corporations looking to send satellites into space.
The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) is likewise aiming to become a key role in satellite launches.
Prior to a successful launch in February, JAXA’s next-generation H3 launch system failed many times.
Japan’s has landed an unmanned spacecraft on the Moon
Japan landed an unmanned spacecraft on the Moon this year, although at an oblique angle, becoming only the fifth country to perform a soft landing on the lunar surface.
However, JAXA had to postpone the launch of a tiny, solid-fuel Epsilon S rocket after a recent engine test caused a major fire.
