NEET 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the online registration procedure for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET UG 2025) at neet.nta.nic.in.
This year, the medical admission exam will take place on May 4 in a single shift from 2 to 5 p.m..
Application forms for NEET 2025 can be submitted until March 7 at 11:50 p.m. It is also the deadline for paying the charge.
The application cost is ₹1,700 for general, ₹1,600 for general-EWS and OBC-NCL, and ₹1,000 for SC, ST, PwBD, and Third Gender students taking the test at an exam centre in India. The NEET UG 2025 application cost is ₹9500 for candidates outside India.
After the application window closes, NTA will allow candidates to correct their forms between March 9 and 11.
Exam city notification slips will be given on April 26th, while NEET 2025 admission cards will be released on May 1st.

- Candidates who fall under the OBC-NCL category according to the Central List of Other Backward Classes, which is published on the National Commission for Backward Classes website, ncbc.nic.in, can enter OBC-NCL in the Category column. State-listed OBC-NCL
- Candidates who are not on the OBC-NCL (Central List) must select General.Candidates can only apply for NEET UG 2025 in the “online” manner via the website neet.nta.nic.in. Applications in any other format will not be accepted.
- Candidates must upload a recent passport photo, proof of address, a scanned signature, and other documents. They might refer to the information bulletin for more details.
- A candidate may only submit one application. NTA has asked candidates to closely adhere to the guidelines provided on the website and in the information bulletin. Candidates who do not follow the instructions will be disqualified.
- Applicants must ensure that the e-mail address and cellphone number supplied in the application form are their own or their parents/guardians’, as NTA will provide all information/communication by e-mail or SMS.
