CBSE Boards 2025: How to Get Ready for the Examination

As the CBSE board examinations approach, students need to stick to specific do’s and don’ts in order to cope with stress and prepare effectively. The board has offered the following methods and approaches to help pupils overcome anxiety and stress.

Tips for CBSE Boards 2025

  • Parents should assist their children in planning, structuring, and creating a timetable. Students that are unable to deal with stress may struggle academically.
  • To avoid a stressful scenario for the child, parents must provide the appropriate motivation and a supportive environment.
  • Parents must assist their children in saving their confidence, particularly if they appear dismayed by their declining marks or grades.
  • When a child performs well, parents have to commend them. It is beneficial to encourage a child’s performance with positive remarks such as “well done” and “you can do better” rather than saying “that was not enough”.
  • Humour relieves stress. Parents should be light-hearted and amusing with their child.
  • Parents must endeavour to win their children’s confidence and share their difficulties. They must also assist them in resolving the situation.

Do’s for students

  • Understand your concentration span. Study with pauses.
  • Students must figure out the optimal moment to concentrate.
  • They must conduct group studies for challenging courses.
  • Students should not be discouraged by previous results. They must endeavour to discover and improve their weak areas from prior assessments.
  • Students must create a time management plan for each topic.
  • They must repeat their taught material so that recollection in the exam is easier. Work that isn’t repeated or revised is quickly forgotten.
  • Students must create a timeline to organise their revision time. The schedule should also include activities that promote relaxation such as playing, strolling, and watching television.
