Women Special Scheme: Last year, the government introduced LIC’s Bima Sakhi Scheme with the goal of supporting women across the country. This initiative also provides a possibility for 10th-grade female students to earn money. They can earn up to Rs 7,000 per month doing this. However, to apply for this scheme, you must be between the ages of 18 and 70.
Women Special Scheme : What exactly is the LIC’s Bima Sakhi Scheme?
Under this program, women who have completed their tenth grade would receive specific training to become LIC agents. The government intends to prepare 2 lakh Bima Sakhis from around the country in three years. Trained Bima Sakhi women would get a stipend for the first three years. Women can work as LIC agents if they have completed their training. Following graduation, there will be an option to work as a Development Officer with LIC.

Earnings will be made monthly during training
Bima Sakhi trainees from throughout the country will receive a stipend during the course. In the first year, the woman will receive Rs 7,000 per month. The second year will provide Rs 6,000 per month, while the third year would provide Rs 5,000 per month. In this method, ladies might make more than Rs 2 lakh in three years. Aside from that, they can improve their earnings through commissions.
Terms of application
Only women are eligible to apply for the Bima Sakhi creativity. To apply, users must have a matriculation/high school/10th grade pass certificate. Women aged 18 to 70 can benefit from the scheme. The government will provide eligible women with three years of training. Following training, women will work as insurance agents.
