The Municipal Commissioner informed citizens that a special 10% discount is available for online tax payments until April 30th. He urged Lucknow residents to take use of this digital service and save time and money by paying taxes from home.

The Municipal Commissioner requested that provisions for drinking water, shade, and fans, among other things, be made for taxpayers in all zonal offices to ensure that citizens are not inconvenienced throughout the heat. Citizens who are unable to make online payments will receive an 8% discount when they deposit cash tax in zonal offices. This facility is regarded as a great relief for folks who are disconnected from technology.
