According to documents reviewed , Mantena has purchased three premium homes in the posh Juhu neighbourhood for Rs. 25.75 crore in total. The properties are registered in the name of his company, Big Bang Mediaverse Private Limited .
Juhu, a celebrity-favored suburb, is well-known for its easy access to major Mumbai regions such as Andheri and Bandra. The area’s access to major roadways, strong public infrastructure, and closeness to leisure and entertainment venues continue to make it an attractive option for high-net-worth individuals.

Three units are part of the Juhu-based Jeevan Estates Co-operative Housing Society. The largest of the deals is around 1,550 square feet (144 square meters) and cost Rs. 10.95 crores, including stamp duty expenses of Rs. 65.7 lakh.
The second flat, which measures nearly 1,250 square feet (116.13 square meters), was purchased for Rs. 8.8 crores, with stamp duty payments of Rs. 52.8 lakhs. The smallest of the three, an 851 sq. ft (79.06 sq. m) flat, was purchased for Rs. 6 crores, including stamp duty payments of Rs. 36 lakh. All properties were registered in December 2024, with registration fees of Rs. 30,000.
