Drizzle also fell at Kushinagar, Sant Kabir Nagar, and Maharajganj. In Barabanki, five people were killed, including a six-year-old boy, and six were injured as a tin shed and tree fell. Lightning struck and killed a woman in Amethi. Five people were killed in separate events in Ayodhya.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed district officials to complete relief work as soon as possible due to the storm, rain, and hailstorm. He stated that officials should visit the area, perform an assessment, and monitor the relief efforts. If there is a loss of life or an animal as a result of a calamity such as lightning, storm, or rain, quickly provide relief funds to those impacted.The injured should be properly treated. The Chief Minister requested that officials conduct a survey to assess crop loss and deliver a report to the government so that appropriate action can be taken. He recommended that drainage preparations be established as soon as possible in the event of waterlogging.
