Maruti Suzuki : On Wednesday, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) inaugurated its 500th Nexa Service Touchpoint in Goa.This is the Indian automaker’s servicing workshop for all cars gained through Nexa, its premium and specialist retail outlet chain. From beginning to end, the workshops provide exceptional customer service with a dedicated service manager. Customers have access to luxury lounges outfitted with digital displays to aid with information flow.
Hisashi Takechi, MD & CEO of Maruti Suzuki, opened the 500th Nexa Service workshop, saying, “At Maruti Suzuki, we strongly believe in the ‘customers first’ attitude, and our goal is to constantly provide our customers with convenience and a great car ownership experience. One method is to be closer to our clients so that they know they can find a Maruti Suzuki service center nearby.”

Takechi also stated that the manufacturer intends to extend its service network as annual production and sales grow. Maruti Suzuki now intends to increase the total number of service centres, including ARENA and Nexa, from 5,240 to 8,000 by FY 2030-31.

Maruti Suzuki Nexa service : Latest updates
MSIL just achieved 500 Nexa retail shops across India, and the business is expanding its premium retail presence to smaller cities. This is accomplished by establishing smaller-scale Nexa Studios that provide the same services to buyers in Tier II and Tier III cities.
The Nexa portfolio includes vehicles such as the Jimny, Grand Vitara, Fronx, and Baleno, all of which are considered luxury options within their respective categories. In contrast, the Ertiga, WagonR, and Swift are marketed as mass-market and cheap vehicles, which is why they are available at Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships.
The Nexa Studio retail locations will be constructed as compact showrooms that can accommodate two cars while showcasing the whole Maruti Suzuki Nexa product line and services. Buyers can get post-sales services and an improved customer experience at Nexa showrooms. Although these are more expensive than usual, Nexa customers receive exceptional service. Maruti Suzuki hopes that Nexa Studios will help it reach a bigger range of prospective buyers.
