Kia Carnival 2024 pre-launch bookings will start on September 16th

Kia Carnival : Kia India Saturday announced that pre-launch bookings for the Kia Carnival 2024 would begin on September 16. The luxurious multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) will make its public premiere on October 3rd.

The minimum booking amount for Carnival 2024 is Rs 2 lakh. It can be booked at Kia shops throughout the country or through the official Kia website. The vehicle is expected to arrive in India as a fully built-up (CBU) model.

Kia Carnival includes 23 autonomous features

The new Kia Carnival includes second-row luxury supported relaxation seats with air circulation and leg support, a one-touch smart power sliding door, a dual sunroof, a 12-speaker Bose audio system as well, a double panoramic curving showcase 12.3-inch CCNC technology display, a 12.3-inch tool cluster, and Level-2 ADAS with 23 autonomous characteristics.

The India Spec Carnival is thought to have a 2.2-litre diesel engine.Even the preceding Carnival had a 2.2-liter diesel engine (200PS and 440Nm) with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Kia Carnival 2024 is projected to cost around Rs 50 lakh

The Kia Carnival 2024 is projected to cost around Rs 50 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price the mark, the luxury MPV will not encounter competition of any kind. For comparison, the Toyota Innova Hycross hybrid variant costs between Rs 25.97 lakh and Rs 30.98 lakh (ex-showroom), whilst the Toyota Vellfire costs between Rs 1.22 crore and Rs 1.32 crore.

The Kia Carnival sold over 14,500 units in its previous tour in India.

Kia will debut the EV9 electric SUV and the new Carnival luxury MPV on October 3.

The Kia Carnival Limousine has received significant appreciation since its first appearance. The previous model sold more than 14,500 units, confirming Indian buyers’ preferences, according to the company. The forthcoming model seeks to carry on this heritage by providing a greater driving experience and sophisticated amenities that fit the changing needs of Indian consumers.

Furthermore, the Kia EV9 is a full-size electric SUV that will be the second totally electric model following the EV6. It is built on the same E-GMP skateboard platform as Hyundai and Kia’s other EV vehicles. The Kia EV9 is likely the largest SUV in the company’s global lineup, measuring over 5,000 mm in length and with a wheelbase of 3,100 mm. Multiple battery configurations may be available, with the larger battery offering a range of up to 500 km.

The premium SUV is expected to be priced around ₹1 crore due to its full import status. The Kia EV9 is a proper SUV, with a dominating presence, stylish exteriors, and three rows of seats within. Expect amenities like as ventilated seats, ADAS, connection, digital displays, and so on.
