Ducati Multistrada just introduced the all-new Multistrada V2 and V2 S for 2025. The smaller Multistrada will employ the same new 890cc V-twin engine as the Streetfighter and Panigale V2 next year, but it will be tuned considerably differently to suit its primary function.
2025 Ducati Multistrada V2: It truly is all new.
The Ducati Multistrada V2 has been properly fed for 2025. It’s 18 kg lighter than the previous 937cc model. It features a 19-litre petrol tank, one litre smaller than its predecessor, which helps to reduce its weight.
Moving on to the engine, the new 890cc V-twin generates 115.6hp, up 2.6hp, while torque production has fallen by 3.9Nm, to 92.1Nm. Both Multistrada V2 versions include a 6-speed transmission with a slipper clutch and a bidirectional quickshifter.
Another feature of the Multistrada V2 is that, like the new Monster, Ducati has abandoned the trellis frame in favour of a monocoque front frame.

Suspending this new engine and frame package is a fully adjustable Marzocchi arrangement on both models, with electronically adjustable components available only on the top S model. It is fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Trail 2 tyres in 120/70-R19 (front) and 170/60-R19 (rear).Twin Brembo M4 brakes handle the braking responsibilities.There are 32 monobloc callipers up front, with dual 320 mm front discs and a 265 mm rear disc.
As is customary nowadays, the Multistrada V2 includes the most recent suite of electronics, including traction control, riding modes, switchable dual-channel ABS, power modes, and engine brake control, all complemented by a 6-axis IMU. A 5-inch TFT display is used to operate all of the components.
The current costs of the 937cc Multistrada V2 series are Rs 16.36 lakh (base) and Rs 18.99 lakh (S). When the 890cc Multistrada V2 models arrive next year, we expect them to be priced similarly, with perhaps a slight rise.
