Hyundai Creta EV : Hyundai India is prepared to launch a brand new electric SUV in the Indian market. The Hyundai Creta Electric is being marketed under the moniker of the brand’s most popular vehicle. Ahead of the introduction, the company has unveiled the first official teaser for the electric vehicle, which features a wall-mounted EV charger. Once released, the Creta Electric will be the brand’s most cheap EV in the country, alongside the more costly Ioniq 5.

In the first formal teaser, the firm did not reveal any design information for the EV. Instead, the South Korean automaker’s Creta Electric teaser included a photo of a wall-mounted charger with the tagline, “A bold new chapter in electric begins soon.” The Hyundai Creta Electric is set to forever change the way you drive. Based on previously obtained spy photos, the Hyundai Creta Electric will retain the design characteristics of its ICE counterpart. However, some components of its electric powertrain will scream. This will be evident in the shape of a closed front grille, a charging port on the front end, a redesigned bumper design, and connected LED tail lights. The brand is also expected to change the lighting arrangement. Along with all of this, it is expected that the alloy wheels will be redesigned to be more aerodynamic.
On the inside, the Hyundai Creta EV is likely to incorporate certain aspects from the Ioniq 5, which is much further up the ladder. According to the assumptions, it might include a fully digital instrument cluster, a touchscreen infotainment system, a voice-activated panoramic sunroof, a Bose sound system, ventilated and motorised front seats, dual-zone climate control, and other features.
Hyundai Creta EV provide numerous safety features
Similarly, the firm is likely to equip the SUV with numerous safety features such as a 360-degree camera, multiple airbags, and a suite of Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). This package could include autonomous emergency braking, blind spot recognition, and more.
The Hyundai Creta Electric’s engine is planned to include a 45 kWh battery pack. This battery’s electricity will be used by an electric motor capable of producing 138 horsepower and 255 Nm peak torque. With all of this, the EV is predicted to have a 450 km range on a single charge.
