Honda City Facelift : All Details on the 2025 Honda City Facelift

Honda City Facelift : Honda has revised the City sedan and hatchback for the 2025 Brazilian market. The mid-life facelift adds a slew of modifications to the design and functionality, but mechanically, the car stays same. In Brazil, the 2025 Honda City makeover will be launched on November 9.

Honda City Facelift model’s redesigned look

To begin, the new facelift model’s redesigned look is its main selling point. The grille on the 2025 City car has been modified with new horizontal slats, and the chrome component is thinner than previously. The bumper in the rear has been redesigned to offer the car a cleaner and more updated appearance. Overall, the length of the four-wheeler has increased by 25 mm.

The City hatchback, on the other hand, has undergone cosmetic changes like as new front and rear bumpers and a redesigned front grill. It has grown 2 mm in length. While the alterations are minor, the overall appeal has become sportier than before, for both sedan and hatchback. Apart from to these upgrades, the City sedan and hatchback will get new alloy wheels ranging in size from 15 to 16 inches.

The electronic parking brake (EPB) is the most notable feature innovation. This new function is available on both the sedan and hatchback versions of the City, in the EX, EXL, and Touring trim levels. All four disc brakes are now standard across the range, with the exception of the base-spec LX model. The kit also includes a USB Type-A charger for front occupants and USB Type-C charging ports for rear passengers. Wireless smartphone connectivity and a wireless charger are among the other notable changes to the EX, EXL, and Touring models.

According to the manufacturer, the touchscreen infotainment system will have updated graphics, an upgraded user interface and resolution, and a higher-quality back camera. The top-tier EXL and Touring trims get a lane-keeping camera. Honda is including six airbags as standard in the 2025 Honda City car and hatchback. Honda Sensing ADAS technology is only available on the EX trim level.

The 2025 Honda City Facelift is powered by the iconic 1.5-litre four-cylinder flex-fuel naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with a CVT automatic transmission. The power output is 126 horsepower for both gasoline and ethanol fuels. The torque for the gasoline version is 152 Nm, while the ethanol variant is somewhat more powerful at 155 Nm.

Price for the 2025 Honda City Facelift

Prices for the 2025 Honda City Facelift sedan and hatchback range from R$ 117,500 (INR 17 lakh) to R$ 142,400 (INR 20.70 lakh).
