Delhi-Meerut Expressway : Vehicles will operate without restrictions on the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Eastern Peripheral, National Highway Authority of India has begun this work.

Delhi-Meerut Expressway : Vehicles will be able to travel freely along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway. NHAI has begun repair work on the Eastern Peripheral. The NHAI has instructed the concerned company to work with quality. At the same time, repairs are underway on the Meerut Expressway near Dasna.

The Eastern Peripheral Expressway runs for 135 kilometers from Kundli to Ghaziabad to Palwal. Baghpat, Ghaziabad, and Noida are all accessible via the six-lane expressway. This expressway is connected to the Western Peripheral Expressway near Palwal. The Eastern Peripheral Expressway’s quality has been called into question numerous times. The expressway prohibits vehicles from traveling at high speeds. As soon as vehicles reach high speeds, they begin to hop. As a result, there is an increased risk of accidents.

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari recently expressed his discontent by questioning the rehabilitation work on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway in Ghaziabad. He had warned the officials and the concerned firm that they would face consequences. Following this, NHAI began the repair process.

NHAI Project Director Dheeraj Singh stated that the repair work will be done soon. He further stated that the concerned firm had been sent with a notice for failing to complete the work properly before. He asserted that once the repairs were completed, the vehicles will be able to run at the specified speeds. Sonipat, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, and Palwal roads are now being repaired.

Vehicles jerk when driven rapidly on the Meerut Expressway. As a result, the expressway is currently being repaired. All of the sites where automobiles jerk have been identified. In the same sequence, the Meerut Expressway at Dasna is being restored.

Delhi-Meerut Expressway : The vehicles will be able to run at full speed

Vehicles will be permitted to run at full speed after the repairs to both expressways are done. Drivers will be able to travel at the designated speed. This will not cause any issues for drivers. Vehicles on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway go at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour. The Meerut Expressway, on the other hand, has a speed limit of 100 kilometers per hour.
