Audi has officially opened the ordering process for the Q7 facelift in India, and consumers may reserve their new Q7 for a nominal fee of Rs 2 lakh using the official Audi website or the myAudi connect app. Notably, the price announcement for the Q7 makeover will occur on November 28. The upgraded SUV has slight appearance modifications and additional features, but it retains the V6 engine option.
Design of Audi
The Q7’s second facelift includes significant modifications to its design, including a new grille that retains the same shape but now features hexagonal design elements. It also gets a redesigned front bumper with slimmer air dams, as well as reworked rear bumpers. Audi is providing the new Q7 with new alloy wheels and redesigned headlamps with slimmer and more modern lighting features.

The side profile’s silhouette stays unchanged, and the most visible alteration at the back is the slimmer taillamps with new lighting features. The India-spec model will be obtainable in five colors: Sakhir Gold, Mythos Black, Samurai Grey, and Glacier White.
Interior
The interior arrangement of the cabin has been kept, with the only visible modification being the enclosure of the digital driver’s display. However, there will be some fresh characteristics and trim choices. Speaking of interiors, the India-spec model will come in two colors: Cedar Brown and Saiga Beige. Furthermore, the touchscreen infotainment system has been changed to let users to download third-party apps, and the driver display now shows more warnings from the driving assistance system than before.
The rest of the features are expected to remain the same as the current model, including a 12.3-inch touchscreen entertainment system, a 10-inch digital driver’s display, four-zone climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. In terms of safety, it is thought to have multiple airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera, and a few ADAS (advanced driver assistance system) technology.

Powertrain of Audi
The engine option from the previous generation will be retained in the Q7 facelift: a 3-litre, turbocharged, V6 petrol engine delivering 345 PS and 500 Nm. This powerplant is combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission that transfers power to all four wheels in an all-wheel-drive system. Nonetheless, the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h.
Expected price and competitors of Audi
Prices for the 2019 Audi Q7 facelift are expected to be higher than those for the previous model, beginning at Rs 90 lakh (ex-showroom). It will continue to compete with the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE, and Volvo XC90.
