Aprilia Tuono 457 : Aprilia India will introduce the Tuono 457 in the 3rd week of February 2025. We believe the motorcycle will be priced at Rs. 4 lakh or less (ex-showroom), given that the RS 457 is now priced at Rs. 4.20 lakh. The Tuono 457 is the naked streetfighter variant of the RS 457, using the same engine and base but with an alternate design. The RS 457’s naked sibling launched at EICMA 2024 and will soon be available in India. In fact, it will be built alongside the RS 457 at Piaggio’s factory in Baramati, Maharashtra.

How is the engine working in the Aprilia Tuono 457
The Aprilia Tuono 457 has a 457 cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that produces 47.5 bhp and 43.5 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, and a quick-shifter is expected as an option. The chassis, swingarm, suspension, and brakes appear to be identical to those seen on the RS 457 supersport.
The Tuono 457 motorbike is appealing because of its streetfighter styling, clean lines, and firm stance. The back part, seat, and TFT screen are identical to those on the RS 457. Unlike the RS 457, which has clip-on handlebars, the Tuono 457 has a single-piece handlebar.
It will compete with the KTM 390 Duke, Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, and TVS Apache RTR 310, as the only twin-cylinder model among them.
