The Ampere Magnus Neo is a new electric scooter model that has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs 79,999 (ex-showroom). It takes the place of the EX model in the brand’s EV lineup.It is worth noting that the Neo is more appealing than the EV version and has more capabilities. Despite these adjustments, the electric scooter’s cost stays consistent with the EX variant. The EV will be delivered starting in late January 2025, according to the brand’s statement.

Getting into the specifications, the Ampere Magnus Neo has a somewhat larger 2.3 kWh battery pack that provides a range of 100 kilometres on a single charge. The battery may be charged in 5 to 6 hours with a 7.4 A charger. It should be mentioned that the charger is a portable item that may be moved according to the user’s preference. With everything in place, the electric scooter weighs 150 kilogrammes and can reach a top speed of 65 kilometres per hour. This is higher than the EX model, which was limited to 53 kmph.

In terms of functionality, the Ampere Magnus Neo includes a fully digital instrument cluster, which allows for connectivity features. It also includes safety features such as Find My Scooter, Live Tracking, an anti-theft alarm, and two alerts. The EV also includes a USB charging connector for the rider’s convenience. To harness the power, the electric two-wheeler features a variety of ride modes that the firm has not revealed.
To improve the visual attractiveness, the brand provides five paint scheme options: black, blue, red, white, and grey. Furthermore, the firm wants to attract customers by providing a battery warranty of 5 years or 75,000 kilometres.
