RCB Vs CSK : The Chennai Super Kings faced Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Game 52 of the ongoing IPL (Indian Premier League) 2025 season. On May 3, both teams met at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, and the match began with RCB batting first after losing the toss.

Rajat Patidar and Devdutt Padikkal left with respective scores of 11 and 17. Only seven more runs were scored by Jitesh Sharma. Romario Shepherd was the star of the show after the middle order’s poor performance.

RCB vs CSK: Top batsman helps RCB achieve 213 runs.

The top batsman helped RCB reach 213 runs in the first innings with 53* runs in 14 deliveries. With three wickets to his credit, Matheesha Pathirana led CSK in wicket-taking. Sam Curran and Noor Ahmad also claimed one wicket apiece.

Chennai got off to a great start in their pursuit of the aim. Opening batsmen Shaikh Rasheed and Ayush Mhatre attacked the bowlers right away. Rasheed scored 14 runs in 11 deliveries, while Mhatre plagued the RCB bowling attack by hitting 94 runs in 48 deliveries.

Ravindra Jadeja also delivered an excellent performance. Along with Mhatre, Jadeja scored 77* runs in 45 deliveries. Despite their strong performance, RCB made critical breakthroughs, limiting CSK to a score of 211 and winning by two runs.

Lungi Ngidi took the most wickets for RCB, with three. Krunal Pandya took one wicket as well. With the victory, RCB has taken the lead in the standings.
