The Indian Air Force (IAF) recently announced the Agniveer Vayu recruiting, which would allow qualified people to join the force. The application period starts on January 7, 2025. Interested and qualified students can apply through the official website. January 27, 2025 is the deadline for applying and paying the application fee. The exam will take place on March 22.
Eligibility requirements for IAF Agniveervayu Intake 01/2026
Educational requirements:
Candidates from the Science Stream:
Must have completed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and English, earning a minimum of 50% in aggregate and 50% in English.
Candidates with a three-year diploma in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, automobile, computer science, instrumentation, or information technology) with at least 50% marks and 50% in English are also eligible.

Non-Science Stream Applicants:
Must have completed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English.
Candidates who have completed a two-year vocational course with at least 50% grades in English are also eligible to apply.
Limits on age:
Applicants born between January 1, 2005, and July 1, 2008 may apply.
Physical guidelines:
The minimum height is 152 cm (both male and female candidates).
