Apple Pie Baked Oats : Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for apple pie baked oats, ideal for breakfast or a nice snack!
Ingredients for Apple Pie Baked Oats
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon of baking powder
One teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Two glasses of almond milk (or any plant-based milk).
1/4 cup of pure maple syrup (adjust for taste)
The following are the components a single teaspoon of vanilla extract, peeled and sliced ,2 medium apples, and 1/2 cup raisin or walnuts (optional).
Topping :
- a single tablespoon of melted coconut oil or vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon.

Guidelines.
Step 1: Preheat the oven.
Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C) and lightly butter a baking dish (8×8 inches is ideal).
Step 2: Mix the dry ingredients.
In a large mixing basin, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients.
In a separate dish, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Combine.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until thoroughly blended. Fold in the chopped apples and, if wanted, raisins or walnuts.
Step 5: Transfer to baking dish.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and distribute it evenly.
Step 6: Topping Prepare
Combine melted coconut oil, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture over the oats.
Step 7:Bake
Bake for thirty to thirty-five minutes until the oats are firm and brown.
Step 8 : Serve it
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, topped with almond milk or your favourite yoghurt!
